Some of the Le Dernier Cri artists will be in attendance at THE PROJECTS, a festival of comics & narrative arts, at the Independent Publishing Resource Center (IPRC) in Portland this weekend.  THE PROJECTS is a free event, 3 days of workshops, exhibitions, panels, performances, projections, & collaborative projects.  Other attendees of interest include Max Clotfelter, Kelly Froh, Marc J.
